陈映辉，男，东南大学经济学学士，北京大学经济学硕士，香港大学金融学硕士，香港中文大学经济学博士，北京师范大学湾区国际商学院副教授，金融与会计学科负责人，博士生导师。曾任中南财经政法大学会计学院副教授、硕士生导师、国际教育中心中法项目主任。主要研究方向为公司金融、金融科技及金融经济学。研究成果发表于《经济研究》、《金融研究》、Journal of Corporate Finance、Emerging Markets Review、Pacific-Basin Finance Journal、International Review of Economics & Finance、International Review of Financial Analysis、Economic Modelling、Research in International Business and Finance、International Review of Finance等国内外权威期刊。《经济研究》、《会计研究》、《金融监管研究》、International Review of Financial Analysis、Emerging Markets Review、Economic Modelling、Research in International Business and Finance、International Review of Economics & Finance、International Journal of Finance & Economics等国内外期刊匿名审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目及广东省自然科学基金面上项目各一项，参与多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家社科基金项目及教育部人文社科基金项目。
