【博学厚身】小荷才露尖尖角:会同学子发表多篇高水平论文

按照北京师范大学“一体两翼”办学格局和“高标准、新机制、国际化”原则,会同书院一直积极整合校内外资源,为学生搭建多样化成长平台,助力培养学生的科研创新能力。
在机制上,会同书院大力推进导师制,每个大一和大二的学生都有一名直属导师,可以通过参加导师小组室内/户外活动以及线上或线下的灵活方式与直属导师交流。同时,会同书院根据学科大类组建了五个导师团,并推行导师入驻值班咨询制。每周一至周五晚,均有来自不同导师团的两名导师在书院值班,所有学生都可以前往咨询,从而得到不同学科背景导师的指导和建议,实现学科交叉和拓展视野,满足多样化发展的需求。会同书院还与学校两个高等研究院制定了“携手共育拔尖创新人才”工作方案,为学生参加科研训练和学术交流活动搭建平台。
学有余力的会同学子通过参加导师的科研项目、在导师指导下申请各级各类创新创业项目以及参加高等研究院研究机构老师的科研助理工作等方式,开展科研训练,并在老师指导下撰写学术论文。会同学子已有多篇高水平学术论文发表,其中,10篇发表于SCI收录的国际期刊,体现了会同书院导师制以及与高等研究院携手共育拔尖创新人才机制的卓越成效。
